The classic Finnish sauna - a dry, hot-air bath – has been the real trendsetter from the 1960s onwards, and precursor for today’s boom in health and steam baths.

Saunas – like all the other steam bath products – are baths which have a hot-and-cold effect. After your visit to the hot environment, you need to cool yourself down.

Plunge pool and warm foot basins are used to this end, and you relax between the visits.
